I was born and raised in Minnesota. After a quick 5 years in Florida, my fabulous husband Jim and I returned home. We know that we will be staying. We have been married for 19 years and have a 17 year old son and a 14 year old daughter.
We began investing 10 years ago and currently own eight properties. I have been an appraiser as well, but found my true calling as a licensed Realtor. Now I have the opportunity to work with buyers, sellers, renters, investors, and landlords!
We are all perfectly different from each other and so are our situations. I understand that one answer does not fit all questions. I always do my best to help others. If I cannot help you, I will assist you in finding out who can.
It makes me happy to see first-time homebuyers showing off their new home to family. It makes me happy to hear an inspector say, “but that is not a big deal”. It makes me happy to match a great landlord with their perfect tenant. And it makes me happy to turn over keys to your new home.
