I can provide complete tenant screening, including credit and criminal background checks, reference calls, income verification, and more. All informational calls and showings will be handled by me. I will also provide all of the necessary legal paperwork and addendums to your specifications.
My team and I have fee schedules to fit your needs and can provide Property Management, Tenant Placement, Consulting Services, or any combination of these services.
If you are already an investor who no longer wishes to screen tenants or turn over properties, my services are available to you as well. From tenant placement to property management, I will allow you to choose the level of involvement you want in the process.
